We aren't encouraging men to stare at women here but women need to understand that sometimes, just as a good-looking or extremely dashing man arrests their attention, an extremely beautiful or charming woman attracts the attention of men. Not all attention is bad attention. Definitely go and slap the guy if he crosses his boundaries. But if he glances at you in passing, he probably only thinks how pretty you look. You're then out of his thoughts. Obviously, it irritates men that it is perfectly acceptable for girls to look at a man and sometimes even comment and giggle (in groups) but dare a man try and even smile at a girl.

Women themselves insult their own friends or acquaintances and then lay the entire blame on men.
